The existing Concordia College Cobber Baseball Field Stadium was in need of upgrades and an increase in seating for spectators. This project focused on creating a covered grandstand to increase fan comfort and bring the capacity of the field up to 395. By covering the grandstands not only will watchers be kept cool in the summer, it will also help lower maintenance costs by protecting the seats from hot overhead sun and winter snow.
The two team dugouts were expanded to accommodate larger teams and give them more room to operate in. The fencing and backstop was replaced and updated and a new inning-by-inning scoreboard was installed and turf repairs were made where needed.
