The Fargo Public Schools Federal Credit Union was an adaptive reuse project in which a former gas station was remodeled into a beautiful new home for Fargo’s teaching community to finance their life’s goals. The renovation completely gutted the existing structure to create a modern space that accommodates a welcoming reception area, multiple offices, kitchen, drive-through banking, safe and safety deposit boxes.
To maximize their budget, the existing foundation, floor, walls and roof structure were salvaged. All new interiors, a new roof, and the addition of a vestibule came together to complete the renovations. Exterior work was also part of the scope and included re-paving and new landscaping.
