The office and warehouse space for Magnum Transportation is a mammoth of storage, efficiency and quality. It stands 43 feet tall with 29 loading docks and three drive-in locations on the east side of the building. These areas were planned to be easily navigated by large trucks as they come to/from the warehouse.
Inside, 36-foot-high racking systems with a variety of storage systems make storage easy and efficient for workers. The warehouse features glazing to allow natural light into the building and an office suite containing offices, conference rooms, a breakroom and restrooms. Room for an additional office suite on the south side of the building was also part of the project scope.
