What’s the best part of your job?
I like the variety of projects that I get to work on. I help with most of our projects so it’s fun to see how the teams approach each building and the intricacies and specifics needed for each type of project. I like having multiple things to work on – every day is different for me!
What is your favorite type of project to work on? Why?
I love working on schools. I went to a small school and am not used to the huge school buildings that we work on here. It’s been really cool to see all the new learning opportunities and features that get put into modern schools for students.
In your own words, describe your job.
I help the project team with a lot of drawing support. I do a lot of detail work on the drawing sets and help create sheets and go more in depth with design details in the drawings. I also pick up and work on a lot of redlines for the teams.
