Alex joined the team Zerr Berg Architects in 2020. Alex works closely with clients and the whole design team to ensure that the spaces being created are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and well designed. He enjoys the challenge of designing for new clients and learning their design preferences. Outside of work, Alex enjoys attending concerts, drawing, reading, playing video games and listening to music.
What interested you in pursuing interior design as a career?
I’ve always loved being creative and was excited by the opportunity to add a more technical aspect to that passion!
What made you want to work here?
I liked how many different types of projects the firm takes on. I love having a variety of things to work on and enjoy learning about new design qualities and requests that different clients have. My coworkers are very smart and capable professionals, I was excited to join the team and learn from them!
How do you approach a new project/design concept?
I try to gather as much information as I can from the clients. That way I’m able to create a design and palette that reflects the aesthetic the client is looking for and fits well within all contextual factors like lighting, environment, and functionality.
