Blake joined ZBA in 2025 as Business Development Manager, bringing a deep commitment to community growth and client education—financially, strategically, and holistically. A licensed architect in 24 states, Blake focuses on building meaningful relationships with clients and helping the team deliver the highest level of service and solutions.
With over 25 years of experience in design, construction, and development, he has worked across a broad spectrum of project types. His expertise includes Education, Religious, Commercial, Multi-Family, Healthcare, Mixed-Use, Entertainment, Industrial, PEMB (Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings), High-End Residential, Historic Preservation, Adaptive Reuse, Urban Planning, and Land Development.
Beyond his professional work, Blake has served in various ministry roles, including 20 years as a youth pastor at a local church—an experience that shaped his skills in leadership, communication, and mentoring.
He’s also passionate about travel, outdoor adventures, old houses, lakes, and quality time with family. A life-long learner, Blake is always seeking new experiences and meaningful connections with people.
What’s your favorite part about meeting with clients?
I truly enjoy getting to know each client and hearing their story—how they arrived at where they are today, what their organization is all about, and what dreams they’re pursuing. I’m always up for a good cup of coffee if you’d like to chat.
What’s the best part of your job?
It’s incredibly satisfying to be part of a process where we can latch onto a dream, put it on paper, and craft it into physical reality.
