What made you want to work here?
I was really drawn to the balance of field and office work, the firm does a good job balancing the two and ensuring that we’re able to get all of our work done. The close, family feeling of the firms was also a huge draw, everyone is very involved in each project and is willing to help out when needed. The principals are active in the day-to-day operations of the company and take an interest in helping everyone learn and be successful.
What’s the best part of your job?
I love taking plans and making them a reality. There’s something so satisfying and gratifying about handing off the keys of a building to a client after the project was just a dream in their head for so long.
What is your favorite type of project to work on? Why?
I love all projects, they each come with their own challenges and exciting elements. I do really enjoy any building that has a unique design aspect or new-to-me mechanical systems being installed. Learning new things is very exciting to me and I enjoy the opportunity to learn new things through a project.
