Zerr Berg Architects (ZBA) is proud to announce the promotion of Tyler Brandriet to Principal Architect. Tyler is joining the partner team after 14 years of dedication to the firm and the firm’s clients.
Originally drawn to the career after a junior high art class, Tyler has fully immersed himself in the architectural world since graduating from NDSU with a Master of Architecture. He loves the multifaceted aspects of architectural projects, relishing the opportunity to learn new things every day while building relationships with his clients. Tyler is a passionate leader who shines in the face of challenges, successfully leading his project teams through many high-impact challenges and constraints. He embraces the opportunity to solve challenges with his teams and produce a high-quality project for clients.
Tyler has worked on many projects in his time at ZBA, notably working on the Aldevron Production North expansion project throughout 2020 during the COVID pandemic. The biomedical industry boomed during the pandemic as needs for their services rose at exponential rates. This meant that as the expansion was taking place Aldevron’s need for dedicated lab and storage spaces was constantly changing, leading to frequent design/scope changes.
Founding Principal Brian Berg adds “We are extremely excited about the leadership and talent that Tyler brings to our Principal team and look forward to the future of ZBA as he settles into his new role and helps us continue to pursue our mission of Creating Community through Inspired Design.”
