Part of the 2018 Detroit Lakes Public Schools bond referendum, Rossman Elementary School underwent extensive renovations and received an addition to accommodate for a growing student population and to alleviate the need for overextended temporary classrooms.
The additions included new classrooms, a pre-event gathering space, competition sized gym and secure entrances to the building and playground. The renovations included upgrading the lighting and bringing in new finishes and colors to create a lively cohesive look throughout the new and old school areas.
