A growing need for space in their existing assisted living home led Eventide Senior Living to explore an addition and renovation to their existing Moorhead location on 8th street. The addition included 73 new units, a full service kitchen, dining room, pub, theater and access to underground heated parking. A memory care unit with controlled access points and separate, secure outdoor space added much needed capacity to the facility. A new chapel was also added to the Skilled Care Building. The Streed Commons was added as a gathering and entry to the chapel, it serves as a welcoming, calming place for families and chapel attendees to wait their turn to enter the chapel for services or gather to share faith and fellowship.
The renovation also targeted the update of existing apartment units on the property as well as extensive upgrades and replacements to the windows and roof.
